Kabele, Ph.D., FSA Mr. Kabele has over 20 years experience at Guardian Life Insurance Co., where at various times he ran the reinsurance and tax departments. Mr. Kabele does consulting work for reinsurers, especially those involved in arbitrations. He has written articles on aviation reinsurance, taxation of insurance companies and policyholders, and on reinsurance. He wrote the chapter on Life Insurance, in the book Reinsurance, edited by R.
